A cut of lamb from the lower back, where the top of the leg meets the loin, lamb chump is tender and flavourful, and is well suited for grilling, barbecuing, pan-frying or slow roasting

This is ideal fo stews, curries and casseroles, it benefits from slow cooking to tenderise the meat and to release optimum flavour
As this is a cut from the belly, it has a higher fat content than some other lamb cuts, but when slow cooked much of the fat is released and discarded, this is one of the least expensive cuts of lamb, but is full of flavour.
lamb loin chops (as commonly known) is cut from the saddle area of the lamb, they contain a T shaped bone , one side is the loin muscle and the other is the tenderloin. They are best grilled or pan-fried they cook quickly for a quick and tasty meal, and remain really tender.
A beautiful tender and flavourful cut, with just the right balance of lean meat and rich marbelling, ideal for slow cooking or roasting
